Audit Report : Form No. 3CA : Tax Audit : Basic Concepts that one Must Know.

First part:

Refers to the fact that the statutory audit of the assessee was conducted by a chartered accountant or any other auditor in pursuance of the provisions of the relevant Act, and the copy of the audit report along with the

* audited profit and loss account ;
* audited balance sheet and
* the documents declared by the relevant Act to be part of or annexed to the profit and loss account and balance sheet, are annexed to the report.

In case the statutory auditor is carrying out the audit under section 44AB, the fact that he has carried out the statutory audit under the relevant Act should be stated.

Regarding the treatment of Demand draft Commission charged by the bank on the Company, whether it can be capitalised during the construction period or not. What is its treatment in the boooks of Account.?

Pls let me know as a Merchandiser I am working with a firm , but they wants to give me Rs 12500/month as HRA but I am staying with my father and he is paying maintenance of the society and Receipt also comes on his name , but my company says they have provision for HRA in their standard format and I don’t want to make any false statement in my IT returns and I want all deals in white only .And I don’t know how can I produce Bill on my name .
Secondly as a female how much maximum Tax benefits I can avail as per latest Tax Regulations .
