Then go to the bottom on the page, and for Apply for New Card Or / And Changes Or Correction in PAN Data select Individual (or your required choice) and click Select. This will open the Form. Fill the Form and Submit.

So you think that if this service will be like this it will affect everybody
who involves with Aksh Optifiber why Govt. give authority to these companies
who cannot manage the system.
My other friends I ask them they say I will get my card with in 12-15 days.
And I have survey and I am 100% sure that pan card issue time is 15-20
working days maximum.
Finally i am very disappointed with the company. If I was not having
humanity I will go through a legal action.
